The Moodle International Conference 2008 will be hosted by Roma Tre university in two contiguous buildings.

La Moodle International Conference 2008 sarà ospitata dall'Università Roma Tre in due strutture adiacenti.

Aula magna del rettorato (via Ostiense 159)



Designed by architects Pasquali and Passeri (1997-2000), the circular hall has large stalls (276 mq) and a dress circle (123 mq) with 275 seats (in details: 221 stalls, 54 dress circle).
The Aula Magna is the main seminar hall.

Progettata dagli architetti Pasquali-Passeri (1997-2000) la sala, di forma circolare, è composta da un’ampia platea (276 mq) e da una galleria (123 mq) per un totale di 275 posti a sedere (platea 221 e galleria 54).
In questa sede si terrà la parte seminariale.


Piazza Telematica (via Ostiense 133/B) - website



The structure called 'Piazza Telematica' offers 200 computers connected to the net, free to use for students and employees. In 21-22 October the 'Piazza Telematica' will be entirely dedicated to MIC 2008.
Lab activities will take place in the 'Piazza Telematica'.

La Piazza Telematica contiene 200 postazioni multimediali collegate a internet alle quali possono accedere liberamente tutti gli studenti e il personale dell'Ateneo. Per l'occasione la Piazza Telematica sarà messa a completa disposizione del MIC 2008.
In questa sede si terrà la parte laboratoriale.

The two buildings of Roma Tre University are at a distance of 700 metres from the "B" Metro (the blue line) station named 'SAN PAOLO' (from Termini station you have to take the train directed to Laurentina).
Once in SAN PAOLO station, get out of the station through the left exit and keep walking following the "via Ostiense" towards the Basilica of St. Paul. Step over the basilica and its park, and you can reach the number 159 on your right.
You can buy Metro tickets (1€ = 1 ticket) in all the metro stations.

Le due strutture dell'Università Roma Tre si trovano a circa 700 metri di distanza dalla Metro B (linea blu) fermata SAN PAOLO (dalla stazione Termini la direzione da prendere è Laurentina).
Una volta arrivati alla fermata SAN PAOLO, uscire dalla stazione metro verso sinistra e incamminarsi per la via Ostiense in direzione della basilica. Oltrepassata la basilica e i suoi parchi, poco dopo si raggiunge il numero 159, alla vostra destra.
I biglietti per la Metro si possono acquistare presso tutte le stazioni Metro al prezzo di 1 euro.

From GRA (Grande Raccordo Anulare), take "via Ostiense/SS8bis" road, and drive over the Basilica of St. Paul, until you reach the number 159.

Dal GRA (Grande Raccordo Anulare), prendere via Ostiense/SS8bis, e percorrerla oltrepassando la Basilica di San Paolo, fino al numero 159.
